SurfacedFirst provides an AI visibility audit tool that scans publicly available website data and queries third-party AI platforms to generate a visibility report. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
2. Use of the Service
You may use SurfacedFirst to scan websites you own or have permission to audit. You agree not to use the service to scan sites without authorization, overload our systems with automated requests, or resell scan results as your own product.
3. Accuracy and Limitations
Scan results reflect a point-in-time snapshot based on publicly available data and third-party AI responses. AI platform responses change frequently and may vary by user, location, and context. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing our recommendations.
4. Paid Products
The fix kit ($149) and DIY guide ($9) are digital products delivered via email. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
5. Privacy and Data
We only scan publicly accessible website content. We store your email address if you provide it for product delivery. We use analytics to improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The code snippets and recommendations we generate for your site are yours to use freely. The SurfacedFirst tool, brand, and methodology remain our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
SurfacedFirst is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or implementation of our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
